    You’ve done the pushing. You’ve done the “shoulds.” Now it’s time for something different: strength that feels safe, sustainable, and self-led.

    Unbothered & Embodied helps you reconnect with your body through accessible, home-based workouts and mindful support. Together, we’ll build functional strength, emotional resilience, and deep body trust — without pressure, perfectionism, or punishment.


    Who It’s For?

    This program is for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and women-identifying individuals who are ready to reimagine what strength feels like: grounded, empowered, and rooted in self-respect.

    It’s especially supportive if you’re:

    • A helping professional (therapist, educator, caregiver) seeking consistency in self-care
    • Navigating burnout, stress, or dysregulation
    • Feeling disconnected from your body or movement
    • Craving structure that honors your nervous system and your lived experience

    What You’ll Experience

    In 12 weeks, you’ll move through three phases of transformation:

    Month 1

    Foundation: Safety & Strength

    Build safety, consistency, and awareness through foundational movement, breathwork, and gentle structure.

    Month 2

    Expansion: Power & Presence

    Grow stronger through progressive training and choice-centered workouts that honor your energy and autonomy.

    Month 3

    Embodiment: Integration & Celebration

    Integrate your physical and emotional strength with mindful rest, reflection, and celebration of your growth.


    What’s Included:

    Structure that supports you not pressures you.

    • 3 guided strength workouts per week (bodyweight, bands, dumbbells)
    • Optional 1:1 or small-group coaching for accountability and emotional support
    • A library of video workouts for flexible scheduling
    • Weekly mindfulness & journaling prompts
    • Text or voice-note support between sessions
    • A warm community space for reflection, connection, and shared growth
    • Educational mini-modules on strength, form, and nervous system care
